Neon Audio is a purpose-built mixing and mastering studio
Foremost, it is an extremely accurate listening room, chosen for its rectangular shape and generous proportions (24' x 16.5' x 12.5'). The shape and size are acoustically ideal. Professional treatment by GIK Acoustics provides even further playback accuracy. The 19th-century wood floors are easy on the eyes, but also help the room sound great.
Neon Audio is a room with a view
It is located in a 19th-century mill building on the banks of the Merrimack River in Lawrence, MA. This section of the river is lined with many mill buildings, and so the view from the studio offers something to occupy the mind while taking a break…
















Gear
With a great sounding room (and a great view), the final consideration is the equipment. Neon Audio features uncompromising gear, some of the finest audio processing available. The majority of analog units are handmade by boutique designers. The high quality of the equipment and flexibility of a hybrid analog/digital configuration allows for transparent or colorful processing and everything in between, depending on what is called for.
